1. Washing
Hand Wash Only: It is preferable to hand wash the shaper using lukewarm water and a gentle soap (baby soap or shampoo).
Avoid Washing Machines and Dryers: Never put the shaper in the washing machine or dryer, as this destroys the elastic fibers and weakens the compression.

2. Drying
