1. General Rule
To maintain public health and personal hygiene standards, products cannot be returned or exchanged once received, except in specific exceptional cases that guarantee your rights in the event of an error on our part.
2. Exceptional Cases for Acceptance
Exchange or return requests are accepted only in the following two cases:
* Manufacturing Defects or Damage: If the product is found to have a manufacturing flaw or damage upon receipt.
* Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a size, color, or model different from what was confirmed in your purchase invoice.
3. Conditions and Requirements
To ensure your request is accepted, the following criteria must be met:
* Timeframe: Notify the Bodiva Customer Service team within 24 hours only from the moment of delivery.
* Product Condition: The product must remain in its original packaging and in brand-new condition.
* Safety & Hygiene: It is strictly prohibited to open the packaging, try the product on, or use it in any way.
* Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original purchase invoice (or the online order number).
3. Processing Steps
Once you contact us and the case is confirmed:
* We will arrange for the product to be returned and inspected by our Quality Control team.
* Upon verifying the defect or error, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge without any additional costs.
* If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
